The Process

Our processes are based on what we believe we deliver to and for our clients. We are committed to each and every client and expect the same in return. We are unlike other fitness and training companies, so to compare our pricing structure to others is unfair to all concerned. We have customized and individualized our lifestyle intervention/personal and small group trainings to fit our client’s needs and we provide corrective movement pattern instruction, motivation, and nutritional, personal development advice if requested.

To become fit, you should schedule at least two training sessions with me per week. You should also do two to four workouts a week on your own. We will map these workouts together, so that you feel comfortable completing them on your own. After four to six weeks, you should start to see results. To sharpen that edge you get from efficient training, we will also periodically reevaluate your program. This constant supervision and adjustment is an essential feature of responsible fitness training.

The Stretch and Functional Training’s major objectives are total health and wellness, which will result in achieving a healthy body from the inside out.


Where do we train?

The beauty of the service I offer is that we are not bound or restricted in any way, shape or form. We can train whenever we need to depending on your circumstances. We may train in your gym, our training studio, outside or in a combination, thereof; all you need to do is show up and be accountable.


Where do we train?

Full time training ($1,500 minimum)

We train as often as I deem necessary to reach your goals as quickly as possible. This could be 3-4 times per week. Your fees cover all our training sessions as well as motivation, nutrition counseling and anything and everything needed to cover your complete transformation. WHAT EVER IT TAKES!

Part time training ($800 minimum)

We train only 1-2 times per week for the full month to reach your goals as quickly as possible. Your fees cover all our training sessions as well as motivation, nutrition counseling and anything and everything needed to cover your complete transformation. WHAT EVER IT TAKES!

On the go training ($750)

If you have time limitation and or travel and are looking for a more condensed training protocol, call or email me for more details and availability. This includes a travel workout plan.

Daily rates for private sessions

Range from $75-100 per hour depending on location, must be paid prior to training.

Can you help me setup my home gym?

If you are in the process and need help formulating a layout, or the equipment, I can help you zero in on a strategy that works for both your budget and goals. Fees depend on location of the project as well as time involved in to completion.



What about Seminars, speaking engagements and other corporate events?


If you are with a company or agency who wishes to host a speaking event around a health and fitness related topic, I am available to speak to gatherings as small as 10 people and as large as thousands.
